Sierra College Masterplan

Principals Doug Evans and Mansour Aliabadi assisted and supported Sierra College in the preparation of a needs assessment which evaluated various options for renovation and expansion of the Rocklin Campus. This resulted in a decision by the Board of Trustees to approve a $500 million capital improvement program which included a new $350 million bond, Measure E. Upon passage of the bond, Cypress continues to assist Sierra College with Program and Construction Management services. Cypress services for the college include establishment of the processes and procedures for management of the program and construction management of individual projects. Additionally, Cypress supports Sierra College in the management of scope of work, budgets, schedules, cash flow, consultant selection, contractor procurement and direct on-site construction management.
