Mansour Aliabadi, principal of Cypress CM, was the principal in charge of program management services on the CHCF project which includes the design and construction of 1,722 infill beds located at the Northern California Youth Correctional Center (NCYCC). The facility is designed to provide specialized housing with necessary health care treatment for a population of seriously and chronically, medically, and mentally ill inmates consistent with state and federal requirements, and will permitted the replacement of temporary beds previously in use. The project included a Dialysis Treatment lab. The CDCR operates the new medical complex, which incorporates energy-efficient design measures and sustainable building practices (LEED Silver Cert).
