Cypress Construction Management is currently providing Program Management and Construction Management services to Sierra College in support of their 15 project $675 million capital improvement program. Cypress assisted the college in the development of the initial program, project budgets, master schedule and cash flow projections for the program. Additionally, Cypress worked with the College to develop their hard bid specifications as well as procurement specifications for both design-build and progressive design-build. Projects include the construction of many new facilities such as Parking Garage, New Instructional Building, Science Building, Student Housing, Public Safety Training Center and CSUS Transfer Center. Additional projects include renovation and expansion of the Gymnasium, complete replacement of all utilities campus wide and renovation of 7 other existing facilities on site.
